Regional Transportation Pricing
Definitions:
Ambulatory – any client who can transfer themselves, with no assistance into and out of a vehicle.
Wheelchair – any client who can not transfer from their wheelchair and require the services of a lift vehicle capable of loading the chair and client, and securing the chair while in transport.
One Way Trip – Going from one location to another with no need for a return trip.
Round Trip – Going to and from a location in a single day.
Wait Time – If the client requires a driver to wait for any length of time above 10 minutes a charge of $60 per hour (broken down in 10 minute intervals) will be added to the trip cost.
In-Region-One-Way-Trips
Ambulatory Trip: $25.00 / $3.50 Per Mile Wheelchair Trip: $45.00 / $3.50
In-Region-Round-Trips
Ambulatory Trip: $40.00 / $3.50 Per Mile Wheelchair Trip: $60.00 / $3.50
Long-Distance-Trips
Ambulatory Trip: $40.00 / $4.50 Per Mile Wheelchair Trip: $85.00 / $3.50
